PRISMA JIG is a compact socket welder HDPE, PP and PP-R, PVDF, PB OD 20 * ÷ 125 mm (standard composition of steel fixtures from Ø63 to 125 mm; from O 20 to 63 mm).
Features
The PRISMA JIG has two carts, a fixed and a movable cart with a practical closing handwheel to ensure perfect grip between the clamp and the pipe/fitting.
The machine also features steel automatic centering clamps: special clamps for fittings, and paired clamps for holding the pipe in place. The closing and opening operations of the trolley are performed by a "mutual" starter. Special accessory clips are placed on the fixed cart. As long as the type of work requires different clamping configurations, it is easy to unlock and change the operability of the machine.
